Is that you? You will thrive here.
You are the first face and voice clients encounter. You set the tone for their entire session by radiating professionalism, warmth, and positive energy. If delighting people doesn’t light you up, you won’t last here.
You will manage scheduling, client records, and daily administrative tasks while keeping digital and physical systems organized. You must be comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms — tech savvy is non-negotiable.
You will answer calls and messages professionally, return inquiries promptly, and complete outbound calls for lead follow-up and scheduling during standard business hours. Confidence and consistency matter.
You’ll greet clients, update schedules, support marketing initiatives, manage records, assist with studio organization, and jump between tasks throughout the day. If interruptions throw you off, this role will overwhelm you — but if you’re a natural multitasker, you’ll love it.
You will assist with and deliver one-on-one strength training sessions during studio hours when needed. No prior personal training certification is required — comprehensive paid training is provided.
